Return & Exchange at Indiplum

Dear Customers,
At Indiplum, we value our customers and strive to provide the best experience possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return policy. We understand that sometimes things don't work out and that's why we want to make the process as easy as possible for you:

To Return or Exchange an item, drop us a mail at chhavi.narang@indiplum.in with the Subject Return Request : <Your Order Numer>
Mention the issue you are facing with the product, along with the images for the same within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our team will either accept or reject the request based on the Eligibility of return or exchange (Refer to Eligibility Criteria Section below)

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packing intact For serviceable pin codes, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product. For non-serviceable pin codes, you will have to ship the product to us through the delivery partner of your choice. Once the product has been received, verified and approved by the QC team, we will issue a credit coupon worth the product value that can be availed on our website for any future purchase in case of a return, and will ship the requested product in case of exchange.

The validity of the credit coupons is 60 days from the date of issue.

Eligibility Criteria:
Defective or Faulty Product is eligible for return or exchange if images are shared within 24 hours of delivery Wrong Product delivery is eligible for return or exchange if images are shared within 24 hours of delivery The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packing intact Products purchased during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged
Exchange request is only accepted once per order

Exchange will be subject to availability of the product at that time.

Shipping Policy

At Indiplum, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. 

  • We offer shipping services across India. Currently, we do not provide
  • Once you place an order, our team works diligently to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of your orders. We offer standard shipping services, with estimated delivery times varying between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
  • We offer free shipping on all orders within India. There are no additional charges or hidden fees.
  • Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. In case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, they may try again, but we strongly recommend you to receive the delivery in one go.

Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, public holidays, or disruptions in logistics services may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
